Family Photo Enhancement

I'm looking for a skilled photo editor to clean up a family picture taken at a fire museum.

Requirements:
- Dry my husband's clothes and hair
- Adjust his posture, as he looks like his stomach is bigger than it is
- Add a smile to my daughter

Additionally, feel free to make overall color or lighting adjustments to enhance the image. They are supposed to be at a Fire Musuem

Ideal Skills and Experience:

- Experience with portrait retouching
- Attention to detail and artistic sense for color and lighting adjustments
