Family Photo Cosmetic Touch-Ups

I have a personal family photo that needs some cosmetic touch-ups. Specifically, I need some leg re-shaping and hair retouching. I'm looking for moderate enhancements, not just basic touch-ups but not quite high-end retouching either. There's no need for any background modifications, just a bit of work on the subjects in the foreground.
