We will make a simple test, the test will not be only about quality, it will also be about cost efficiency, which means that if you charge $100/Hour, but you finish a picture retouch in 6 minutes, this means that the cost per picture is $10, but if you charge $10/hour and take one and half hours to retouch a picture, this means that the picture cost is $15, in this case we will take the guy who charges $100/Hour cause he is more cost efficient.
