Experienced Photo Retoucher

I am seeking a skilled and professional photo retoucher who I can work with long term. I need someone who is reliable, educated formally in Photoshop, and has an efficient workflow and excellent communications skills. I also prefer someone who is experienced working iteratively. Typically, I need retouching performed bi-monthly and have quite small batch requirements -- between 10 and 20 images at a time. I need the retoucher to manage high-quality preliminary edits -- blemishes, discoloration, stray hair. Please see www.nicolhockett.com for more about me.
