Experienced Photo Retouched Needed

I am looking an experienced photo retoucher to edit a large amount of photos. Must have experience editing fashion photos. I've included an example of what most of the photos currently look like, and an example of how I would like the colors adjusted and models skin retouched. I would like them to look very natural and not over edited, but soft and vibrant.
