Experienced Creator Designer for books
Budget: £10 – £20 GBP
Hi,
We are looking for an experienced Creator Designer for our business. You need to help us to create unique cover or interiors for our books. If you know to do
both of them is a plus.
These are some of the skills that we are looking for:
- design books covers and interiors for each title,
- ensuring aesthetic meets out high standard and appeals to the target audience,
- excellent InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator skills, or any other design app,
- content research skills and creativity are a plus,
- Be innovative and creative but also able to ‘crack on’ and get the job done.
· Have a good eye for trends and excellent creative flair.
- Solid design experience in highly illustrated books is a plus.
- Experience of designing book covers and layouts, creating templates from own concepts
- Solid knowledge of typography and color correcting,
- A degree in Graphic Design or equivalent would be advantageous
A big plus will be if you have knowledge about at least one of this: math, English, geography, biology, history. We want to create educational books for kids.
We are very flexible and have a lot of covers/ interiors to create.
