Enhance/edit a portrait

Hello, looking to have a photo edited and enhanced. It is a photo of my mother and father with my brother. However, I am looking to have my brother edited out to make for a portrait of my mom and dad. My dads cheek is partially covered by my brother which I need edited and the image itself enhanced with better lighting if possible.
