Edit photographs for photograph studio with storage

I am looking for a freelancer to edit photographs for my photograph studio that has storage needs. The editing needed is mainly to show property active for rental potential. I am open to suggestions in terms of the approach to editing, so I trust the professional judgement of whomever I hire. I will need editing for 1-10 photographs.
