Edit a photo in Adobe Photoshop

Would you be able to help me with a small photo editing project. I have a group photo, but one of the people in the photo is not able to be included in the final version. Is it possible for you to use Photoshop to remove the person on the right side of the photo? (Girl with dark blue sweater and ripped jeans)
