Edit multiple images and merge to single PDF

I have 89 pages of music scores that I would like to edit:
- remove black strips from bad scanning;
- optimize page rotation;
- optimize contrast.
The proper sequence of pages must be maintained, with the page number on each JPEG being the determining factor.
After editing, they need to be merged into one single PDF with best image quality but optimal size.
