Edit a batch og professional photographs. They need to be cropped the same size, backgrounds same value of white

I have a batch of 50-100 professional photographs that need to be edited. I'd like for them to be cropped to a custom size and I also have a specific value of white in mind for the background. I'm looking for a skilled and experienced editor to get the job done quickly and professionally.
