Edit a PDF File onto an Image

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me edit an image-based PDF file onto an image.

Requirements:
- Experience in editing PDF files onto images
- Proficiency in graphic design software
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality output

The ideal candidate should have:
- Prior experience in editing image-based PDF files onto images for website use
