EASY & QUICK Photoshop perspective warp task

I'm having difficulty with my Photoshop software at the moment and just need someone to do a quick perspective warp on a single layer of text on a JPG. The layer of text needs to look like it is printed on the newspaper that is pictured on the JPG background. Need it done within the next 20 minutes.
