Documents photoshop

I need assistance editing PDF documents. I know exactly what changes need to be made, and want someone to help me make those edits. I do not need the overall layout or appearance of the document to be changed; only the content within the document needs to be edited. I am looking for someone with experience working on documents in Photoshop, and who is able to make the changes I need quickly and accurately.
