3D Display

Hello... we need to create a display in a 3D format as shown on the attached please.
We build an Eiffel Tower looking display out of our wine bottles (like attached). In the past we have just bought a flat thick acrylic/plexi (1/2") shelf and displayed in a window.
The other image attached is round but it gives an idea of what they do. I do NOT need to show the clear shelf with the holes cut in it. It can just be a layer in between the bottle tiers.
We'd love something that was on an angle so we can see two sides of the display vs. straight on so it gives a better impression of what it will look like.
