Digital art - clown face

I started painting this concept but it's not looking great, so think a digital version makes more sense. I have no skills to do the digital work, but can share exactly what I am looking for, which is not heavy detail at all. It's more like outline.

The completed art image is a simple face drawing (politician) with some embellishments to make them look like a clown - in a graffiti or digital style. I know the style I want and have the final outcome in my head and the painted versions to share, and just need someone to put it all together. The ask is to just layer on the clown pieces to the persons face. (See the attached pics.)

I think it will not be a complicated task for someone who knows how to manipulate digitally, and could complete this project in no time. I plan to use the art in many ways: nft (maybe), t-shirt print, poster on wall...

This project is requesting a total of 4 images in this style - a different face and different embellishments for each one. Price per image is $15 so total $60 for the project of 4 images. Has to be good quality though so can be blown up to over 6 ft. square.
