David birthday card

I am hoping to get a silly/cute birthday card for my friend's birthday with a cartoon/illustration of him with his two dogs. I've attached a bunch of photos of him (David - he's the one with gray/white hair) and the dogs (Ziggy and Snoop). He drives a white Alfa Romeo with red interior which could make for a good background (but not necessary). If possible could you draw him wearing a University of North Carolina tee shirt like attached. They live in the California Bay Area and love going on walks, watching movies on the couch, going to the dog park, running and doing yoga. I don't have a particular scene or background in mind so just jotting down things in case it provides inspiration. I'd like to make him (David) look handsome and happy (not a mean or exaggerated caricature; he's sensitive about growing old and I want him to feel happy and handsome seeing this). Hope that makes sense and please feel free to ask questions to better give you what you need.
