Cut the background out of two images

I have two images (JPeg or BMP, but I can supply in other formats) that are on a dark blue background. I want the dark blue background removed so the images are on a white or transparent background. the black lines on the images can remain. please just remove the blue background. I can add wording back easily. Keep resolution as high has possible. So if the resolution is higher from the BMP picture, please use them
