Custom t shirt picture

Hello I’m looking to get the picture of my friends dogs race on a t-shirt but don’t want all the background and rest of the body.
Just want the head and fur around the head.
I have attached 2 photos one and example of what I would like and the other the actual picture of the dog I want on the shirt.
