Custom Team for College Football Revamped 2014

I'm looking for help in learning how to create a Custom Team & then exporting it to be played in College Football Revamped 14 for a RGH Xbox 360. If you are unfamiliar with this process, please refer to ther video link below. Again, I'm not looking for someone to build it for me, but walk me through step-by-step how to do it because I have no Photoshop or Gimp skills.
