Crop & resize Photos and Add To HTML Photo Gallery

I need someone to rename the photos, crop for thumbnail images, and resize images so they are not too big for the web. The thumbnail images will need to be a square for thumbnails and when you click on the thumbnail the large image that pop ups does not need to be cropped only resize to a smaller width size for web.

I want you to use my Gallery template that is attached.
This is a very easy project for someone who has done this before and I need this done by tomorrow morning my time. ( I live in texas USA)
