Creative Photo Editing with Thematic Backgrounds

I'm seeking an experienced photo editor specialized in Advanced and Creative editing. Particularly, the project will require implementing thematic context-based background changes to my photos:
- You will need to adeptly apply creative editing to enhance the overall composition of my images. This should extend beyond basic brightness/contrast adjustments; expertise in retouching and color correction is a must.
- A critical part of this project will be changing backgrounds to match the theme or context of the photographs. I'm not interested in seasonal alterations or abstract backgrounds but rather want a strong harmony between foreground and newly altered backgrounds.
