Create a unique poster based on a specific movie poster theme

Hi, I am looking for someone to create a unique poster based on a movie poster. replacing pictures of actors with images of other people (you'll need to extract the images of the people from another photo.. not sure what the photo shop word is..). Idea would be to keep the "feel" of the original poster including colour scheme and text but replacing names, images etc.
