Create print PDFs for business cards

Looking for a Freelancer with Photoshop skills ASAP to edit a business card in Photoshop (.ai) format and produce 5 PDFs (same design for 5 different people) for printing. Also need to take 5 QR codes, change the colour, and produce in PDF for printing (reverse side). V simple job that should take less than an hour - need urgently!
