Create an Instagram post with photoshop

I have some pictures I would like to photoshop into other pictures. I am running a new campaign and would like someone to create the ad so I can post it on Instagram. For example, I would like to photoshop the new feature on our app that we will be adding to our service, I would like it to be professionally photoshopped into the phones attached. Must be clear, neat and tidy.
