Create Financial PDF for AI Testing

I need a freelancer to create a financial bank statement PDF for the purpose of testing AI software. We have built an ai detection software that will be use to check bank statements on behalf of lenders and financial institutions and need a photoshop specialist to recreate statements using data we provide. The goal is to try to deceive our system so that we can improve our algorithms and training.
