Corrado front & back

I need the following designs for my own shirt.
A VW Corrado once from the front and once from behind.
It doesn't have to be in color, just in black would be perfectly fine. (Like the Screenshot picture)
I found a file on the Internet. This contains only half the car from the front. I would like to have it in the whole. Sort of like pictured but only in the whole, as well as the rear of this car with spoiler extended.
I would like to have the .ai file with it.
