Corporate Fashion Event Photo+Video

My team is staging a corporate showcase for our latest fashion line and I want unified coverage—both still photography and videography—throughout the event. I need clean, well-lit product shots of the garments on display, candid interaction moments between guests, and a dynamic video recap that captures the ambience and key presentations.
Core deliverables:
• High-resolution, edited images in both web-ready and print-ready formats
• A short highlight film (≈2–3 minutes) plus all usable raw footage
• Basic color correction and light retouching that stays true to fabric tones and textures
We will have a dedicated area for product close-ups as well as a runway-style segment, so experience balancing mixed lighting and quick subject movement is important. You’re welcome to bring preferred gear; on-site power and a small staging area will be available. Final files can be delivered via cloud transfer within an agreed timeframe.
