I want a balanced mix of candid shots that capture the energy of interactions, networking, and spontaneous moments, along with posed portraits of executives, speaker headshots, and small group photos for press releases and internal communications.
You will receive a detailed agenda in advance so you can anticipate key transitions, stage setups, and lighting changes. I value a low-key presence during sessions and quick direction when arranging posed images during breaks.
Deliverables should include:
• A curated gallery of high-resolution, color-corrected images ready for web and print
• A smaller set optimized for social media within 48 hours
• Full collection (RAW or high-quality JPEG) within one week via a shared drive or secure link
