Corporate Event Photography
Budget: €750 – €1,500 EUR
I'm hosting a corporate event and I need a freelance photographer to capture the highlights of a small conference. Your focus will be on:
- Keynote speakers: Highlight each speaker's presentation, capturing their charisma and audience engagement.
- Candid moments: These unposed, spontaneous interactions can be the heart of an event. Your ability to detect and seize these moments will be highly appreciated.
- Decor and environment: Our events team will put a lot of effort into setting the right atmosphere, and we want this to be reflected in our photos.
This project will require a commitment of approx. 24 hours spread over 4 days and evenings at a top hotel in Prague 1 + time for editing.Tea/coffee breaks and lunch included during the event.
Ideal candidates should have a solid background in event photography, preferably corporate events, with an excellent eye for detail and keen observational instincts. Experience with capturing dynamic, yet professional, candid shots is a must, as well as proficiency in photographing environmental and decor details. You should have knowledge of professional lighting techniques to adjust to possibly changing venue conditions. A flexible and collaborative approach is crucial considering the extended duration and multifaceted nature of this job.
