Copy an existing template onto a new template and provide in PSD format

I have an existing template called David & Tiffany. I want to put that same template into a new template called three_image_template.png . The only difference between the two files (besides pixel size) is that the logo from David and Tiffany (which is the top left) needs to go into the bottom right. You will see what I mean when you open the file. The new template (three_image_template.png) needs to keep the transparent cut outs (so do not fill it in). I have attached the original PSD so you can get the layer images from there. Any questions, please let me know. Please send back to me in PSD and PNG format.
