Convert raster images to embroidery files

I have two designs (front and back) for an upcoming sweater release and I need someone who can convert my raster (.png) files into embroidery files (.svg or .pes file) with a path and everything so that I can embroider my designs. These images are a bit difficult and I can't figure out how to path them myself.
