Convert .jpg files into vector / eps files

I do have 3 jpgs which needs to be converted into
- eps files (high resolution)
- vectorized files (high resolution)
- high resolution PDF
for t-shirt printing printing matters. (T-Shirt base color: navy dark blue)

All 3 jpgs needs some small rework as color changes are needed.

Color change as follows:
BSV1.jpg = into yellowish (not too bright, no background)
schoch.jpg = into yellowish (not too bright, no background)
beach1.jpg = 2 bright colors (no backgroound; there are 3 elements "palms", "beach", "handball"; pls make a 2 AND 3 color suggestion
