Convert Adobe Illustrator Files (.eps, .ai) into Photoshop .psd File

I want an experienced designer with Adobe experience to convert/extract individual vector images contained in Adobe Illustrator Files (.eps, .ai) and organize these images into specific Layer groups / subgroups / individuals layers in a single new Photoshop .psd File. The original files contains respective flags of about 200 countries in rectangular form and in circular form. Attached are two screenshots of the World Flags as they appear in their original Adobe Illustrator format (.eps, .ai).
