Content Developer for 2 months with 6 days weekly working -- 2

- Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term organizational goals
- Create, manage, and deliver engaging training across multiple mediums and multiple learning styles including face-to-face, mobile, online, video, and via other broad-reach vehicles
- Create and ensure the content team uses standardized instructional design and style
- Stay up-to-date with technology and e-learning developments and generate new ideas to draw targeted customers' attention
- Produce Courses on time and on budget and align those programs with an overall learning outcomes strategy
- Work with SMEs to Identify customer needs and pain points
- Offer training solutions by conducting needs assessments and designing appropriate programs to train or retrain personnel
- Utilize authoring tools in E-Learning Technology to build E-Learning courses

Software Knowledge:
Photoshop CC, Adobe Captivate 9, Adobe Audition, Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Creative Cloud.
