As I am looking to remodel the exterior of my cottage property, I need someone adept in using photoshop or similar tools, with some inherent architectural skills, to provide a visual representation of the projected changes. I'll provide a photo of the existing cottages, which you'll be required to modify as follows:
- Changing paint colors for a fresh and revamped look
- Modifying specific architectural details including:
- Adding or removing windows for better visualization
- Modifying door designs for an enhanced facade
- Changing some pillars for a more modern appeal
- Deleting the existing sun room and replacing it with a farmers porch
The design alterations should propose a modern and sleek look, specifically for the doors and pillars. Previous experience in architectural visualization is particularly desirable. Strong command of Photoshop and an understanding of modern design aesthetics will be beneficial. Be ready to present previous similar works.
