Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, hard-working, quick, an eye for design with exquisite taste and high-end work. 2-3 years experience in floral design/production - particularly in a creative or event décor industry
While portfolios are not required they would provide an advantage!
Required Design Skills
Sketchup, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office
Flower arrangement, Flower Preparation.

Role:
I need someone to create the concepts/ digital designs -
Conceptualise, Develop, and Deliver one-of-a-kind destination events, offering highly customized solutions for discerning clients.
Responsibilities:
Designing weddings and events under the supervision of the Event Lead
Provide specialized design and floral expertise to plan, design and create floral arrangements for events
Follow design specifications to create decor for various events
Ensure that designs meet corporate and client expectations are within budget and deadlines are met
Stay current in design trends, floral techniques, and vendor products
Perform other job-related duties, as assigned
