I need a reliable photographer who can capture clear, high-resolution images of several commercial buildings for inspection and assessment purposes. The shots must document façades, structural details, mechanical areas, safety features, and any visible defects so that an engineering team can review them off-site.
Please be ready to work on site during regular daylight hours, follow any access or PPE requirements that the property manager provides, and deliver all images digitally in an organized folder structure (RAW plus lightly edited JPEGs). A concise photo log noting location and viewpoint for each image will help my team navigate the files quickly.
