Commercial Architecture: Photo Retouching - Preparing Photoshop Files

We are commercial architecture photographers who mainly work capturing images of schools, public facilities, and multifamily housing. Primarily, we are looking for retouchers who can edit and prepare multi-layered photos in photoshop at a high level with realistic looking edits.
We are looking for someone who can provide well sorted and organized photoshop files containing multiple layers of images; including pixel shift images, HDR images, layers for windows, people, skies, vegetation, walls, lights, ceilings, ect. The photoshop files are to be prepared so that it will be easy for us to get to any layer we need in order to make final adjustments to produce the final images. The ability to make high level and organized/ clearly labeled edits is a must. In some cases we also ask that you are able to complete the entire photo editing process, including the final editing, however we are mainly asking for well prepared photoshop files from the images we provide. After initially qualifying, there will be a few test images to be done as part of the interview process.
Rate on job post is not accurate, we are offering $1 USD per image.
