Color correct 2 landscape photo and stitch them

Hello, I have a quick project (I think). I have 2 photos of a mountain landscape taken from the same spot but the colors are mismatched. I would like the photo #2 to use the colors of photo #1. I would also like to see if you are able to stitch the 2 photos together to form a 3rd photo.

Attached photos are the 2 photos in low resolution for evaluation only. "Master" files are larger.
