Clothing Adjustment and Photo Retouching

I need a skilled photo editor to retouch some images for me. The primary task will involve moving clothing on the subjects in the photos. The ideal candidate would have experience in high-quality photo retouching and be able to adjust clothing fit in a natural and seamless manner. I have several of these photos that need the sleeves of the dress moved up and the dress moved up so not so much of the chest is exposed
