Classic Wedding Photo Edit

I'm seeking a skilled Photoshop editor to enhance a few images for a memory display at my sister's wedding. This is a rush job as well, the wedding is at the end of July, and it took us forever to find the photos and we still need to order prints.

Requirements:
- Edit 3 photos
- Style: Classic and timeless
- Enhancements:
- Sharpening details (these are older photos which are scanned - so low-quality images to work with unfortunately)
- Removal of other people in the background
