Change, manipulate and add drama to colors of a photo in photoshop
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Hello guys, I am an art student and I am currently working on a painting, but I need the reference photo edited urgently, the colors of this photo are really boring, my favorite color palette is the range of blues and oranges.
so what I need is, this photo to be predominantly blue.. but yellows and oranges for the highlights .. the background elements should be all blues but probably a cooler temperature to indicate distance.
In short, I want the colors changed from being normal to mainly blue.. and yellows/oranges for the highlight areas

1) the reference that needs to be edited
2) an example to an edited picture from the internet
3) a painting of mine to understand the palette I use
4) the under painting of the painting that I started but still needs to be colored by me through the reference you will create :)
