Cat Window Photo Enhancement

I have a photo of my cat in the window at night. I love her reflection but there are some shovels outside that I'd like removed. Also, I want the photo enhanced and cleaned up a bit to make it look better. As long as my outside doesn’t look recognizable to people who sees the photo
