Build A Photoshop Action/Plugin

Hi,
I have an image of a white towel. It currently has stripes in it, which I will need removed, so that the entire towel is white (it also must keep the same pattern of the towel).
I will then need a plugin or action created so I can overlay any picture/image over top of the white towel.
I need someone available now to work on this and hopefully can get it done within 24 hours
