Brochure edit text

I am seeking a skilled graphic designer to help me with modifying text on an ID card. This project involves changing existing names and details to update or correct information on the ID card. I'm open to the format of the final output, though having options in Photoshop PSD, Microsoft Word DOC, or PDF format would be preferable.
