Birthday Photos - Evan 2 years

I'd like my sons birthday photos professionally edited in photoshop - I love the effect of sun rays added and blurred backgrounds - I just don't have the money for a professional photographer but I do have a nice camera that I try to take some shots of him with. Whatever you can do to add a little something special to these photos would be appreciated!
Each photo is over 25 MB - so how do I submit them? There are about 25 photos.
