Background Replacement

We have a portrait of a dog that needs to be on an all white background. The main thing we are looking for is not just someone who can do that, but someone who can create a custom brush in photoshop and recreate the dogs fur so it looks natural and not cut out. Attached is a lores screen shot of the image.
