Background Editing for Luxury Tennis Court Picture

I'm seeking a skilled photo editor to enhance the background of my picture and improve the appearance of my hair. The final image should depict a traditional private tennis court, complete with thin Italian cypress trees.
Key Requirements:
- Create a realistic and smooth transition of my hair, increasing its volume a bit, shine and smoothness.
- Alter the background to resemble a luxury, classic and traditional tennis court. I was thinking of a wall of cypress trees along the back gate but open to other ideas.
