Background Change on Images

I'm looking for a skilled Photoshop professional who can assist with image manipulation, specifically changing backgrounds on my images. The ideal freelancer will need to:

- wanting someone to help with background. Make all the people turned face forward and looking extremely excited.
- add a light shining down towards home plate
- add caption. How I picture entering the gates of heaven
